Mike runs a performance coaching organisation involved in a lot of talent management, working with professional businesses and helping them be memorable for the right reasons. His efforts make the biggest impact when his clients stand up and speak, when they communicate with their teams and their staff so they achieve more, and are more productive.

Previously, Mike had a property business that didn’t do so well. Since this experience, he has actively changed the team of people that he works and surrounds himself with. Specifically, he says, for those that asked better questions, challenged him more effectively and helped him get the results that he and his family were looking for.

That is what I do with Temple Row, there's a team of advisors and consultants who have challenged, asked better questions and have been providing long term support, especially through the markets as the yo yo through different crises, both locally and globally.
